Unfortunately, sometimes we face issues with members that break the rules. These issues vary in gravity.
When we see an account that has acted outside our community Terms and Conditions, we temporarily suspend the account from access.

If this has happened to your account, you can contact support to have the issue resolved.
The simplest issues are issues that are caused by members acting outside our Terms and Conditions without malice of thought and in a way that will not bring harm to their accounts or the platform itself.
Simple issues may arise from multiple members using the same network to log in to HashingAdSpace (like on a shared home or school network) or members sharing the same Waves wallet address. In these cases, you just need to prove that there are separate people that share the connection and your account will be immediately reinstated.
Serious issues cover cases of abuse of our Terms and Conditions, and can include, but are not limited to:
- Members creating multiple accounts in their or other people’s names
- Members using other member’s accounts to mint or to artificially generate income
- Members selling/buying HashingAdSpace accounts
- Members abusing other members or HashingAdSpace staff
- Members creating or intentionally speculating vulnerabilities in our system to artificially generate income
- Members using automated systems or clicking software to replicate human interaction
In the case of severe issues issues, your case will be submitted to our Compliance department for individual analysis. You will be presented with the evidence against you and you will have your chance to defend yourself. Our Compliance department might require you to submit documents to help your case (most likely, but not necessarily limited to. identity documents establish the real identity of the account holder). In the interest of We want to create a friendly and tolerant atmosphere for all our members, so we will take into consideration any mitigating circumstances you might present in your favor.
Depending on the gravity of the breach, your account may be blocked temporarily or permanently.
Please rest assured that our main priority is to get everything straightened out as soon as possible and our goal is to have an excellent working relationship with you, our valued members.
