Before you can change anything in your Profile including your Wallet Address, you must have your Secondary Pin set up. If you have not yet set your Secondary Pin or you have forgotten it please follow the instructions in the tutorial here.
To change your Wallet Address, log into your account and go to your Dashboard.
Click on the tab labeled “Profile” on the left menu.
Then click on the sub-tab labeled “Wallet Address”.
You will see the current Wallet Address saved in your account.
Click on the pencil icon under the word “Action".
You cannot simply delete a saved Wallet Address, so highlight the address in your account and paste in the new wallet address.
Enter your Secondary Pin in the box indicated.
Then tick the box next to “I’m not a robot”.
Click the button labeled “Update”.
You will see the following message if you have followed all of the steps and entered the correct Secondary Pin.
Go to the email that you use in Hashing Ad Space and find the email from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder.
If you still do not see the email, use the search function in your email to search for all emails from email@example.com.
Enter the OTP (One Time Password) from the email into the box as indicated and click on the button labeled “Update”.
If you wait too long, or did not receive the email you can click on “Resend OTP” to have a new code sent by email.
If your wallet change is successful, you will see this message and your new wallet address saved in your account.
You will also receive an email alerting you that your wallet address has been changed.
Note: If you receive this email and you have not changed your wallet address, immediately follow the instructions in the email as your account may have been compromised.
