How To Recover And Reset Your Primary Password

If you have forgotten your password, or for some reason it is not accepted when you attempt to log into your account, you can recover and change your password using these instructions.

We strongly suggest you review our Stay Safe and Secure document to help you choose a strong password for your account.  You can review that document by clicking here.

Once you have decided on a strong and unique Primary Password go to the log in page at https://www.hashingadspace.com/login.php

Click on the words “Recover Password”.

On the next page enter the email you used to register with Hashing Ad Space in the box as indicated.

Click on the button labeled “Send”.

You will see a message confirming that an email has been sent for you to reset your password.

Go to your email to find the email from [e-mail].

If you do not see the email, check your spam and if necessary use the search function in your email to find an email from [e-mail].

Click on the link in the email to reset your password.  This link is only valid for one hour, after that you may need to start this process again.

Enter your new password into each box as indicated and click on the button labeled “Reset”.

You will see a message confirming you have successfully updated your password.

You can now use your new Primary Password to log into your account.
