Once you have a minimum of $50 in Asimi in your Hashing Ad Space available balance, you can make a withdrawal to your Asimi wallet in waves if you wish.
NOTE: BEFORE YOU REQUEST A WITHDRAWAL, ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK THAT THE WAVES WALLET ADDRESS IN YOUR PROFILE IS THE ADDRESS ONE YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW ASIMI TO. HASHING AD SPACE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FUNDS SENT TO THE WRONG ACCOUNT.
STEP 1: Log into your Dashboard, click on the tab labeled Transactions and then the sub tab labeled Wallet.
STEP 2: Click on the button labeled Withdraw Funds.
You will now see a form to fill out the number of Asimi you wish to withdraw and a box to enter your 2 step auth or Secondary Pin.
STEP 3: Once you have filled in the amount and entered your Secondary Pin, click on the button labeled Withdrawal.
You will see the message “We have successfully sent you OTP in your email ID".
And see a space to enter that One Time Password (OTP).
STEP 4: Go to the email you used to register for Hashing Ad Space and find the email with the OTP.
If you do not see the email, please check your spam and if necessary use the search function in your email to find the email from “email@example.com”.
The email will have the One Time Password to enter into your account to confirm your withdrawal.
This is an extra security feature.
STEP 5: Go back to your Hashing Ad Space account and enter the OTP for your withdrawal and click on the button labeled “Withdraw”.
The screen will refresh and you will see your withdrawal pending along with a message saying “We have successfully received your withdraw request. We will process it soon.".
Remember that all withdrawal requests take 24-72 hours to process and that all requests from Friday-Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday.
You will also receive an email.
If you do not see this email right away, please check your spam folder, and if necessary use the search feature in your email to find the email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
The email will give you the information you need, such as how long before you can expect for the withdrawal to be completed.
