There may be times you will need to cancel a withdrawal you have requested, or you see a withdrawal pending in your account that you did not authorize. In the case of any suspicious activity in your account, please know that for someone to get into your account this means they have both your Primary Password, and your Secondary Pin. Go immediate and change both your password and your pin. Be sure you choose a STRONG password and pin, something that cannot be guessed easily if at all.
NOTE : Always check to see that your wallet address is correct before you make any withdrawal.
STEP 1: Go to your Dashboard, find the tab labeled Transactions on the left, then the sub-tab labeled Withdrawal History.
You will see all withdrawals you have made and any pending withdrawals you have requested. There will be a red button labeled Cancel next to any pending withdrawals
STEP 2: Click on the red button labeled Cancel.
You will see a box pop up at the top of your screen to verify your choice to cancel the withdrawal, if you do not wish to cancel this pending withdrawal, click on the left button labeled cancel. If you wish to continue and cancel your pending withdrawal, click on the right button labeled OK

STEP 3: Click on the button labeled OK.
The amount of Asimi you had pending in your withdrawal will immediately be returned to your available balance. As you can see in this example, the Account Balance was 172.7802 Asimi.
Immediately after cancelling the pending withdrawal request, the 50 Asimi was returned to the Account Balance.
