Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Our refund policy does cover the purchase of Advertising Packages.  The only purchase in Hashing Ad Space is advertising, so the refund policy only applies to these purchases.  The 7 day money back guarantee states that advertising package purchases can be returned within 7 days, provided no impressions associated with those packages have been used.

We do not offer a refund policy on Staked Asimi Tokens because they are not a purchase from Hashing Ad Space, you are “staking” these tokens and you will receive them back over the course of 365 days.
