When you make a deposit from your Waves Asimi wallet to Hashing Ad Space and it does not appear in your account after 8 hours, you may have missed entering the Transaction ID or you may have made another small error, such as adding a comma in the amount of Asimi, or you sent a different amount of Asimi from your wallet than the amount you entered into the deposit form in Hashing Ad Space. For example: you entered 129 Asimi but sent “MAX” from your wallet which was 129.0334
Here are instructions to remedy the problem.
Log into your Waves account, and click “Wallet” at the top of the screen.
On the drop-down menu click on “Transactions”.
Click on “Sent” to find the transactions you have sent from your Waves account.
Please take note of the amount of Asimi that was sent (was it 23 or something like 23.078905?). The amount you sent from your wallet much match EXACTLY the amount you typed into the deposit form in your Hashing Ad Space account.
NOTE: Do NOT enter any commas. For example DO NOT enter 9,5 instead of 9.5 (no commas). Amounts over 1000 Asimi should be inputted as 1190.5, not 1,190.5.
Please take note of the wallet address you sent from.
Find the transaction you are looking for where you sent Asimi to your Hashing Ad Space account and have not yet received in your account balance. Click on the three dots to the right of the transaction.
Choose “TX Info” (Transaction Information).
An info box will pop up with the information for that transaction including the Transaction ID.
Take note of the amount of Asimi you sent from your wallet, it must match EXACTLY the amount you enter into the deposit form in Hashing Ad Space. You may want to come back and copy that amount as well to enter into the deposit form.
Copy the Transaction ID (TXID).
Now, go back to your Hashing Ad Space account. Log into your account and go to your Dashboard.
On the left menu click on the tab labeled “Transactions”, then click on the sub-tab labeled “Wallet”.
The next page will give you the option to Deposit Funds, click on the button labeled “Deposit Funds.”
Check the wallet address you have saved in your Hashing Ad Space account, is it correct?
If not please contact support for more instructions.
Enter EXACTLY the amount of Asimi you sent in your original transaction. If needed go back to your waves account and copy the amount that you sent in the original transaction and paste it in the form.
Click the button labeled “Proceed”.
On the next page check the wallet address provided for you to send the Asimi to.
Compare this with the wallet address you sent the Asimi to from Waves,
by checking again the original transaction in Waves.
Now paste the Transaction ID (TXID) that you copied from your waves account into the box indicated on the form in your Hashing Ad Space account.
Click on the button labeled “Yes, I have sent Asimi”.
Go back to your Dashboard and check for your Asimi in your account.
NOTE: In the future when sending a Deposit from your Asimi wallet in Waves to your Hashing Ad Space account.
1. ALWAYS check the wallet address you have saved in your account to assure it is correct, and matches the wallet address you see in waves when you click on Receive.
2.Be sure to copy the Transaction ID and paste it into the Deposit Form in your Hashing Ad Space account.
3. Enter the exact same amount of Asimi into the deposit form in your Hashing Ad Space account, and into the send form in your waves Asimi wallet.
4. Do not use a comma , in the Asimi amount. Use only a decimal point . If the amount is greater than 999, enter only the figures.
